About Us

High in the Armenian Highlands, where nature has remained pure for centuries, MERSARER was born from a deep respect for the land and a tradition passed from one generation to the next.

Our story begins with families who understood that food is more than nourishment — it is heritage, memory, and identity. In Armenia, the art of harvesting, drying, and preserving food has been practiced for generations, guided by the rhythm of the sun, the richness of volcanic soil, and the wisdom of those who came before us.

For over 12 years, MERSARER has carried this legacy forward. Rooted in the highlands — a region untouched by the Ice Age and home to a remarkably preserved ecosystem — we carefully craft and export premium Grade A natural foods to Southeast Asia, the Arabian Gulf, the Middle East, and North America.

Beyond quality, our work is guided by responsibility. We believe that true sustainability begins with people. Through our production and sourcing, we provide meaningful income to families in remote regions of Armenia — including beekeepers, farmers, and wild harvesters whose knowledge and dedication keep ancient traditions alive. By supporting rural communities, we help preserve both livelihoods and cultural heritage.

We produce our own foods and work closely with trusted local partners who share our values of integrity and care. Every product undergoes strict quality control and reflects our commitment to purity.

Our philosophy remains simple and true to our origins: 100% natural food, free from additives, added sugar, and GMOs. Just honest ingredients, preserved with respect for tradition and nature.

From the mountains of Armenia to tables around the world, MERSARER is a story of continuity — where heritage meets responsibility, and nature is shared as it was meant to be.
